The Bidding Tune-Up

You’ve learned the bids. Now make them automatic.

The Bidding Tune-Up is a focused, six-lesson course that reinforces the bidding foundations you’ve built while developing your bridge skills. In just six sessions, we cover the material of twelve lessons in Jeff’s Immersive Bridge Series. There’s very little card play; every minute goes to bidding.

Whether you’re competing in club tournaments or playing with friends on the porch in the Hamptons, you need to be fluent in these sequences. When we’re done, you’ll feel secure that your bidding basics are clearly understood.

What We’ll Cover

• No Trump and major suit openings, and their responses
• Opening a minor, and changing the suit to a major or NT
• Overcalls
• Takeout doubles
• Stayman
• Jacoby transfers

What You’ll Receive

• Detailed notes for every lesson. Jeff goes over every line on screen in class, but you’ll get the most out of each session if you read the notes beforehand.
• Access to the recording of each lesson
• Reinforcing exercises
• Copies of the hands, with explanations and links to replay them

Tuesdays and Thursdays, December 1, 3, 8, 10, 15 and 17, 2026

1:00 to 3:00 PM

In person at Honors Bridge Club, 216 East 49th Street (between 2nd and 3rd Avenues), and live streamed at the same time.

Fee

• In person: $400 by cash or check, or $420 by credit card. Includes a buffet lunch at the club.
• Online: $375
